Psalms and canticles: Revised Common Lectionary (RCL)

The table below lists available Psalm settings appointed for the commonly used Revised Common Lectionary (RCL) three-year cycle of readings. Settings are constantly being written to expand coverage of the whole cycle, but particularly of the period from Advent through to Pentecost. See also the psalm-numerical list.

Where possible, a congregational version is specified, usually responsorial. Entries in parentheses (thus) are better suited to presentation by choir or music-group.
